About Jennifer

Jennifer began her career in Personal Training in 2009 after completing her studies and receiving her certification from The American Council on Exercise in Exercise Physiology, Human Anatomy, Biomechanics and Applied Kinesiology and Nutrition.

She gained hands on experience working at Fitness First Oasis for Ladies only in Dubai, before venturing off on her own as a Freelance Personal Trainer.

Jennifer received her vast following of clients via word of mouth and has sustained her following based on her disciplinary style of training, her knowledge of safe and effective exercises that gain immediate results, and her commitment and experience in formulating individually focused programs for her clients goals and needs.

Jennifer has sheer focus, desire and passion in what she does and stays constantly up to date with the latest articles in health and nutrition from, Fitness Journal for ACE Professionals and Precision Nutrition articles from the Essentials of Sport and Exercise Nutrition.

She gains her on going knowledge in the field of exercise, by attending yearly workshops given by MeFitPro and only exams by

She also stays aware and open to any exercises that provide safe and fast results for a full body workout, that she can provide to the public for a healthier lifestyle, including her newest discovery of Mini Trampoline Cardio, which provides zero impact on the joints and she calls JumpFitDubai.

Jennifer has also been featured in several Health and Fitness Magazines including Women Health and Fitness Middle East, Women Health Middle East, and also What's On Dubai, Time Out Dubai and Sport 360 newspaper.

Jennifer was also nominated for Personal Trainer of the Year by Sport360 Fit Awards in 2014.

    I would highly recommend Jennifer Chalouhi as your fitness trainer. She came to my Villa to train me and usually 3 other ladies. It was a group workout.     Jennifer walks the talk and is a living example of how a healthy fit lifestyle can transform your life. Jennifer is a mother of 3, but has the body, energy and fitness of a 25 year old. Jennifer exudes positive energy and a 'can - do' mentality that can motivate the laziest of us. Her knowledge and expertise on nutrition, healthy living and fitness are very impressive.     Jenn is an inspiration. She would make you sweat with a smile, pushes you to your best, makes you want to be healthy and fit just by looking at her. I absolutely love her mini trampoline classes. She makes it fun yet still challenging. She's so professional and committed but most of all she's the sweetest PT ever!!!

    I have never been fit in my life as I was after training with Jennifer. She is a fantastic Personal Trainer who is both talented and passionate about what she does. She takes the time to assess your current condition and help you build and achieve a fitness plan in a healthy way. She is a true professional who puts the needs of her clients first.
    Working out under her professional guidance was so beneficial and helped me to establish a solid foundation upon which I can build.
