Understanding this will enable you to enhance movement limitations and then condition yourself or your clients to excel in life and in sport. a) Why 3 Dimensional (3D) Movement - The need for an integrated approach

b) Authentic movement principles

c) Chain reaction biomechanics

d) 3D mobility and stability exercises

DAY 2

a) Functional muscle function

b) 3D power vitals

c) Adding 3D variations to traditional exercises

d) 3D power exercises

e) Relevance of strength and program design application

f) 3D conditioning vitals

g) 3D conditioning session
