Yoga by the Sea is Back: Start Your Day With Free Yoga on the Beach in JBR!

Yet another sign that summer’s on its way out & outdoor fitness season is back in! After a break over the summer, The Beach JBR ‘Yoga by the Sea’ sessions are back, giving you four chances a week to start your day practicing yoga in the outdoors with a sea view to boot!

To help Dubai residents start the day the right way, THE BEACH is offering complimentary yoga classes on the South Lawn (near the kids’ play area) every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings from 7am to 8am. Attendees need to bring their own mat, towel and water.

The gentle yoga classes, appropriate for all levels, aim to develop strength, flexibility and a sense of relaxation.

Registration is not required, but the classes are on a first-come-first-served basis, so yogis looking to secure their spot should arrive a little bit before the class starts.

Event: Complimentary yoga classes at THE BEACH

Time: 7am – 8am

Date: Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday from October 1st

Venue: South Lawn (near Kids Play Area) at THE BEACH
