If you want to kickstart your new season fitness regime – how about at one of Dubai’s fanciest gyms?

Talise Fitness at Madinat Jumeirah is opening its doors to Dubai residents later this week and giving them free access to their entire gym from the 17 – 24 September. That’s free access to enjoy the well-equipped facility’s many workouts on offer – including complimentary group fitness classes, an outdoor functional training area, swimming pool, kids classes and more.

To get specific, some of the facilities you’ll get to experience include a 25m indoor swimming pool, two squash courts and a 6.4 metre rock climbing wall. A range of Les Mills group fitness classes will be free to attend, including Les Mills Born to Move for 2- to 12-year-olds, as well as all workout equipment and the Talise X outdoor functional training area. Complimentary body analysis consultations and high altitude cycling will also be available for all visitors.

To take advantage of the free week, there’s no need to pre-register or call ahead, you can just turn up and workout, although group fitness classes (particularly RPM) should be booked in advance. After your workout, you can freshen up in the gym’s top notch changing room facilities where you’ll find complimentary toiletries and other amenities atypical to your average gym!

Guests who sign up for a Talise Fitness membership during the open week will receive five personal training sessions and dinner for two at Hanaaya restaurant at Mina A’Salam.
